Our sell gold and silver calculator shows the actual price we pay for gold and silver items that we buy. In contrast many companies show the spot price known as the fix on their calculators and this can be very misleading as this is NOT the price they pay.

Absolutely A1 company to deal with. I posted a bundle of jewellery off to Lionel yesterday morning and the money is already in my account. I cannot recommend them highly enough, if I decide to sell anything else I will definitely use the Birmingham Gold Company. An unexpected bonus was the fact that I did in fact receive more money than I had anticipated which was brilliant. :)

First class service and very reasonable prices paid for gold and silver. I posted the items in the afternoon on Tuesday and by 08:30 the following morning I had received a call with the offer which I happily accepted. They even told me the gold rings were 18ct when I thought they were 9ct. The money was in my account, via BACS, later the same day. I would highly recommend this company.

I had some old items of gold jewellery that were no longer used, so i decided to sell them and turn it into cash. I phoned BGC yesterday morning and spoke to Lionel who talked me through their gold buying process. I packaged my items and sent them via Royal Mail Special Delivery in the afternoon.
Lionel called me first thing this morning with a quoted price, (including refunding my postage charges). I was happy with the quote and went ahead.
I gave him my bank details and the money was in my account immediately after lunch today, (30 hrs from start to finish).
