Growing up in a creative family, I always loved art and design. However, my cake story only started thanks to my lovely aunt-in-law who made our wedding cake 26 years ago. I was amazed at the stunning and intricate sugar flowers she had made and I wanted to learn myself. I made my first wedding cake (badly!) in 1995 for my sister's wedding and my love affair for all things cake began.
Choosing your wedding cake is one of the highlights of wedding planning. By listening to my clients' ideas, and applying my professional and artistic experience, I am able to design the perfect cake for their special celebration, reflecting their personality and style. I am passionate about creating the perfect cake for my clients; a wedding cake to tell their unique story.
Using my expertise as a professional cake designer, I will work closely with you to create a unique design and bring your dream wedding cake to life. Each cake is a unique creation and designed to be perfect for your special day. The wedding cakes are all baked to order in my kitchen in Weybridge, I use top quality ingredients as I believe that a cake should taste even better than it looks.

Erica made us the most delicious and beautiful cake for our wedding! We wanted a design that celebrated the different seasons, and she totally brought this vision alive, crafting bluebells, acorns, autumn leaves and brambles, wrapping around the layers. She even created little figurines of us with our dog on top of the cake! Lots of our guests commented on how tasty the cake was - often wedding cakes can look beautiful but taste a bit average, but here it definitely tasted as good as it looked! Erica was so enthusiastic and helpful to work with on the design - all in all a very easy process with

It was so fun chatting with Erica when we engaged her as our wedding cake creator - she was full of good ideas and inspiration, which was amazing as we had no idea where to start with a wedding cake design! Our experience was faultless and she went the extra mile in 30°C to make sure the venue properly placed our cake and took care of it throughout the day. It was just perfect for our small intimate wedding and tasted delicious! The edible flowers were too good to eat, and the samples we originally tried to select our cake flavours went down a treat with a cuppa - thank you for all your hard work

The quality and presentation of the wedding cake was excellent! We chose 3 tiered one with 2 different tastes. Everyone loved the ginger cake as well as the chocolate fudge . It’s moist and delicious. Ombré colours worked really well. I can’t seem to attach the photo on here but we do recommend Erica. She has been brilliant through the process from planning to delivering. Thank you .

I met Erica through networking and everyone raved about her and her cakes!
We had our wedding last weekend and I have to say that from beginning to end Erica over delivered every time!
We had a few calls and when allowed a visit to run through exactly what we wanted both visually and flavor wise.
Erica provided a rough design and then a more detailed one nearer the time explaining all possibilities. Nothing was an issue, everything was possible with Erica.
Our day finally arrived, Erica delivered once again.

Erica at Iced Innovations made the most divine wedding cake for my daughter. The flavours of the sponge were gorgeous, the icing was perfect and there only three slices left at the end of the wedding day, which tasted just as good the following day! Erica listened to what we wanted and reproduced it perfectly. I have no hesitation in giving Erica 5 stars.

She was easy to work with and made our dream cake come to life.
During Covid, Erica at Iced Innovations was extremely understanding and helpful. She really does have a good heart and is a genuinely lovely
person to work with.
The cake itself on the day was perfect.
The flowers Erica made on the cake were stunning and the attention to detail is incredible! So many compliments on the look and also the taste - highly recommend the carrot cake!
Erica also made cupcake bouquets for the mummies as an alternative to a flower

The cake Erica made for us was absolutely, stunningly beautiful! Erica was so, so helpful, and the cupcakes we ordered too were an absolute work of art, I have no idea how she makes them look so much like real flowers, and she arranged it all so beautifully on the cake stand, we did not want to touch it! Not only did the cake and the cupcakes look incredible, they also were extremely delicious, you can tell that she only uses good quality ingredients. Everyone was really, really impressed! We were so lucky that I found her, and that she was able, and kind enough to fit us in when she was particularly

We couldn't have been happier with our wedding cake that Erica designed for us. Flavours are delicious and she took inspiration from the theme of our wedding in the design. She really puts the personal touches into all the details.
She also made us our mini "should of been wedding day" cake, which was a mini version of our design.
