We are a small business based in Lower Sunbury, Surrey, the first Thameside village outside London. We have brought exquisite food and Arabic glamour to hundreds of events, from weddings for more than two-hundred people to birthday parties or intimate dinners for ten. Drawing on the best and most authentic of Beiruti and Lebanese recipes learnt throughout my childhood, Samara Cuisine offers a fresh and healthy alternative to traditional catering.

A wide range of Moroccan rugs, lamps, music and traditional Arabic dresses for themed Arabic/Middle Eastern parties. We are approved caterers at various venues. Imagine getting married in the shadow of Windsor Castle or at a perfect example of a medieval church.
I come from the centre of town overlooking the Mediterranean squeezed between the haunted husk of the Holiday Inn on one side and the abundant palms and cedars of the American University of Beirut on the other. My father is a printer and his works are in the basement of our apartment block so when the bombs started falling around us and the lights went out, that's where we and all our neighbours would gather until the danger was past.
