I don't normally write reviews . However the flowers I received today were stunning. Mothers day... is I'm sure a very busy time for florists and especially during a pandemic . I ordered some flowers for my mother last week who lives in Cobham . I was quite specific in what I wanted as wanted to re create my mothers wedding bouquet from 50 years ago . Moonflower went above and beyond to source the exact flowers and were so helpful keeping me updated in the process. I dealt with Natalie who was wonderful and so kind and I highly recommend Moonflower for any occasion . I will be using them again .

AVOID: Tried to support a local business and wow the attitude in this shop is unbelievable arrogant and rude, I have had this experience now 3 time in this shop and will no longer go there. Sorry can you come back we are dealing with a customer - who did you think I was ? The flowers here are expensive and for that you expect a friendly service - but no, they clearly do not care about customer service. Drove down to the florist in Fetcham, friendly and much cheaper for the same quality. AVOID these arrogant , rude people. Its not just one in the shop with this attitude, it appears mother and daughter
