This is a lovely Art Deco hotel with very friendly and happy staff. The prices for both food and drink are very reasonable and the service is excellent with very good quality food. Matt who served us with both our food and drink was very friendly and made our visit more special. The rooms were comfortable, clean and well maintained and we would certainly return for another visit.

Just enjoyed 4 nights at The Park Hotel in 3 very comfortable and warm rooms. The English breakfast is second to none and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Ideal location for the beach with views of the sea and many lovely cafes and restaurants. Busy atmospheric bar in the evening. We would happily return.

A party of about 30-35 people stayed at this hotel over the weekend for my nephew's wedding. We couldn't fault a thing. The rooms were lovely as they were renovated and they overlooked the sea. Nothing was too much trouble for all of the staff there and everyone was so friendly and attentive. The Salt Cove restaurant has a fantastic menu and the breakfast was gorgeous. I would definitely stay here again, hopefully in the Summer so we can take advantage of the lovely views.

I not give 5 stars only because had few really small disadvantages. I can't put on ventilation in bathroom if exist. Door is closed automatically but quite loudly. For charge your devices bring with you adapter plug, there is no usb one. Some mattresses need change. Other is fantastic place, most of rooms have sea views, electric log fire, cosy, clean, WiFi. Bar and restaurant in building. Walk distance to two towns. Surfing.

When I was young I always thought the Park hotel was posh and for Rich people.
We were invited to a wedding reception there so I told my hubby that is was really flash. It might have been when I was 5 but now it is really run down. The decor is very old fashioned and in need of a good clean. The bar was small and only had one member of staff so there was a queue. When we were served, we were given our fizzy drinks from a bottle and not a dispenser so they were flat and not worth drinking. We didn't stay for the buffet as I don't think I could have eaten anything.
