€œPretty disappointing room. Double bed was 2 x singles pushed together which was not ideal. So uncomfortable to say the least, no sleep. Only half
of the bed had mattress cover, quilt was to small for the bed. The noise was appalling, still going at 2am. Not a quiet place to stay. Hotel run down,
carpets are awful, so bad I didn't want to take my footwear off in our room. Window handles broken.Leak in the bathroom by the radiator, toilet roll
holder ripped off the wall. Shelf and mirror above sink hanging off the wall. No shampoo, shower gel nothing to shower with. No water bottles in rooms

The staff were generally helpful, and the younger guy serving breakfast was friendly and efficient. Make no mistake though, this place is very run down, and needs urgent attention. The carpets throughout are disgusting, there was plaster falling off the walls from obvious water ingress, none of the doors seem to fit the apertures, our room had no curtains or anything else to make it look homely or appealing. Not sure who's giving five star reviews, but I've given it two stars to match the star rating it should have, and that's being generous.
