We had such brilliant service - the lady who served us spent a good amount of time making sure we got the size, shape and colours we wanted.
This was especially difficult as the engagement ring was a bit different to usual. They didn't try to hard sell or pressure us into spending more, and the prices seemed really good, and better than other shops locally. We are thrilled with our rings, and they're still doing very well. Would definitely recommend coming straight here on your trip to the jewellery quarter!

Hockey Jewellers Family Jewellers of hopeless. They are an complete rip off . Please compare the price . They do not give refund . Which is stated but not acceptable. They are rude obnoxious jewellers. Compared to London price. . These guys extortionate are quick to take your. If you want a exchanged. London Jewellery Quarter. Miles better. . Vintage& modern also one of their sister shop. Not helped full . If I could give zero I would.

Visited the jewellery quarter last weekend looking for a specific pendant after trying several jewellers we went into Hockley Jewellers. Upon entering we found the staff to be very aware and polite and soon got into discussions with Matt who immediately showed us the several of the types of pendant we were looking for. Matt was then very helpful in allowing us to try several pendants with several chains (even modelled them for us ) until we had made our decision Matt then presented the chain and pendant in a very stylish gift box. We first visited Hockley Jewellers in the summer to get our wedding rings. I had an existing family wedding ring which I wanted altered and my husband had his ring made. The staff were brilliant with us. It was a nice warm and friendly environment. We have been back more times since and each time we have been really happy with the Customer Service. I would not go to any other Jewellers in Birmingham!

After 12 years of loyalty to another jeweller in the area whose customer service had dropped off a cliff edge, we decided to find a new one. On looking over the large number of stores available in the jewellery quarter, we found Hockley Jewellers and with that visited the store based on the excellent reviews they had.
We certainly made the right choice with a lady called Louise dealing with us from start to finish. No pushy sales like some of the other stores, just a great friendly service and nothing was too much to ask. This is now most certainly where we will be making future purchases.

Just had a VERY positive consultation and buying experience at this excellent jewellers. Nothing was too much trouble and Libby knew exactly what I was looking for and suggested the perfect chain to go with my silver and gold antique heart.
I needed a slightly tricky alteration but Alan the jeweller suggested a laser solder which was the perfect solution. He also did it in a short timeframe too to save me coming back.
I didn’t catch the name of the other male consultant but he was also very helpful and patient.
Will definitely return and also recommend this establishment to friends.

Visited Hockley Jewellers on recommendation from a friend and we are so glad we did. I was quite undecided, but Selina was so helpful in helping me choose my engagement ring and guided me throughout. My fiance purchased my engagement ring from here 3 years ago and as it's just a few weeks until our big day I popped in to get my ring re dipped and cleaned. Expecting to pay full price, obviously! Especially as chains charge £50+ and take weeks. They did it within 15 minutes and said as we bought my ring there initially, the clean and dip is a wedding gift to us. What amazing service!
