In accordance with The Department for Education we aim to actively promote British values in schools to ensure young people leave school prepared for life in modern Britain. Pupils are encouraged to regard people of all faiths, races and cultures with respect and tolerance and understand that while different people may hold different views about what is 'right' and 'wrong', all people living in England are subject to its law.

The school places significant emphasis upon the engagement of pupils in understanding and living within the context of British Values, both within the classroom and beyond e.g.
Services
I am very proud to be able to share with you some of the wonderful opportunities and developments at Croxteth Community Primary School! To ensure that each and every child no matter what their background or their circumstance reaches their potential and leaves us ready for the next stage of their life.
We are a dedicated group of community, parent and staff governors who support and challenge the Headteacher in providing the best education for the children at Croxteth Community Primary School. The Headteacher is responsible for the day to day running of the school.

We help to set the strategic direction of the school and ensure finances are used effectively to provide a safe, happy, caring and exciting learning environment and the resources necessary to deliver high standards of teaching and learning. We are committed to ensuring that each and every child reaches their potential and leaves us ready for the next staff of life regardless of their background or circumstance.
The Trust and Governors support the vision and aims of the school. We meet regularly to see how things are going in school. We are also involved in long term planning, looking especially at the curriculum, finance maintaining the buildings and ensure we have the best possible staff to help everyone learn to their full potential.
The safety and welfare of children - or safeguarding - is everyone's business. You could be a neighbour, friend, parent, relative, childminder, teacher or doctor - or working for any organisation which has contact with children and young people. Safeguarding means protecting children from physical, emotional, sexual abuse and neglect.
Croxteth Community Primary School is committed to providing a caring, friendly, and safe environment for all of our pupils so they can learn in a relaxed and secure atmosphere. Bullying or racism of any kind is unacceptable at our school and we will tackle all forms of racism, prejudice, harassment and discrimination.
