I had a good experience here previously however on my visit today the salesperson was very rude, and they charged me £29 for a watch strap pin, after quoting £10-£15. They said it would be ready next day, and then phoned me ten minutes before closing, I said I'm about ten minutes away and she said "well we're locking the doors in ten minutes if you aren't here in time".
When she was looking at my watch she also asked "Is it a real Tag Heur?" - Of course it is, how rude!!!

They found a watch for me which I had been looking for a while. They shipped it to the US and, later they provided outstanding customer service when the watch needed to be serviced. I dealt with Susan, the sales manager, she provided AAA Customer service and support. I highly recommend Creative Watch Co. UK

Found CWC through Google and took a punt on getting my 15 year old Citizen Eco Drive that had died on me repaired. Quick response to my initial query and good communication by email. confirmed arrival and updates as repair progressed. When completed was returned well protected the day after I'd paid. What great service! My Breitling Colt stopped working 4 yrs ago and I could not find anyone who could fix it for me in the USA! I was visiting Brum and thought I’d try and see if I could have it fixed here. I met Susan Billings at Creative watches who not only stayed back after hours to help me (as I was flying out the next day) but she also fixed my watch! Hooray!

Damaged my very sentimental watch and possibly my dad's 70th birthday watch. Paid £70 for a pressure test and battery change. 4 months later my watch has steamed up. Rude lady serving wasn't bothered that I was very upset that it was now damaged and gave some really silly excuses why it had steamed up.

I needed a new crystal for my unusually shaped 1980's Omega Seamaster. After trying many repairers no one could come up with the goods. However Creative Watch restored my Seamaster to its former glory for a very reasonable price. All handled by first class communications and extremely efficient and polite staff. A lovely interesting watch shop. In the heart of Jewellery Quarter this is the place to come if you want to browse until you see that special something just for you (or that special someone).
When I say they do a wide range of watches, that's something of an understatement. They have A LOT of very nice timepieces in this place. And a little pond with fish! This contributes towards the relaxed atmosphere that is sometimes missing from jewellery shops. The
Creative Watch Co doesn't seem to give off the 'hard sell' vibe. The showroom(s) is/ are much nicer than the exterior.

Situated close to the clock in the heart of the jewellery quarter, this place is easy to find and there is plenty of parking nearby.
I came here for a yelp event, but I found it a really interesting place. -you can't beat a koi pond in a shop!!
Watch prices vary from £20-£600, so they really do cater for everyone!
There are also wall clocks And even some jewellery.
Staff are really friendly and helpful:)
