Services
All our bedrooms are decorated to the highest standard and where we can have incorporated some original features of the hotel. Our Standard Rooms are all located within the main building, with many retaining some of the original features of the building. We have different styles of Executive Rooms within the Hotel and can sleep up to 5 people.

Christmas dinner was delicious.
Service was good ( although seemed a tad rushed )
Stayed overnight in one of the bungalows. Room was spacious, clean and warm.
Room had under floor heating, shower was ‘amazing ‘, bed comfortable, however the pillow slip kept coming off as the pillows seemed to have a plastic coating on them and so my face would stick to the pillow.
Breakfast....
Extremely disappointed in EVERY way.
Breakfast was between 8-10, we got there at 9:20.. there wasn’t anyone to show us where we was sitting.. so I found someone who told us to sit and wait for a table to be cleaned

Today we went to have lunch with 🎅 both my grandchildren age 6 &9 myself & my daughter whos wheelchair bound where so well looked after. The staff are absolutely fantastic
my daughter has a special diet that they had no problem catering for.
I would definitely recommend that you try this place yourself..
its a 20 out of 10 for us.

I had an amazing, early birthday, bottomless brunch yesterday, myself, two daughters & friends were sat in one of the beautiful outside pods & I can honestly say we all thoroughly enjoyed it. The food & drinks were plentiful & cannot fault it. Would certainly recommend it to anyone wanting to celebrate in a different way. Big thanks to Neil & Sarah, who looked after us working so hard & were very pleasant & professional throughout!

Attended a Wedding here, the venue was lovely for the actual wedding.
The room was rather cool for the time of year. I wasn't overly impressed with the food to be honest. Not enough vegetables for each person & wasn't warm either. The evening food wasn't particularly dairy/gluten free either. Still it was lovely to spend time with family and friends ❤

Had a great time, the room was compact clean and did us one night what was needed. The Staff were Amazing, Friendly , pleasant and polite . The meal we had was first class prawn salad for starters, braised beef for main course with roasted vegetables and creamed potatoes and Apple crumble for sweet. For breakfast was self service style English breakfast with plenty choice. Management should congratulate all there Staff for there pleasant pleasing manner.

We got married this September after a delay with COVID from the previous year.
Kings Croft helped us change the date with no problems at all. My husband and I had the best day and couldn’t fault anything! The staff were so attentive and helpful all day and having the toastmaster ensured the day ran smoothly and kept to schedule. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful and the pavilion was such a beautiful and special place to be married. We have such beautiful photos!

I also stayed here for a wedding. We were allocated a room away from the main building. It was tiny - nowhere to put the suitcase except the bed ! It was a hot day but the window opened only a couple of inches. Then I noticed that waste bins were immediately outside the window. We went back to Reception and complained. Admittedly we were allocated a better room in the main building, but I thought it was an impertinence that the first room was charged at over £80 for one night, which was more than I paid for 2 nights in a large, luxurious room at a Premier Inn only ten minutes drive away.
