Phoned hotel before we arrived as 1 of our party was a wheelchair user. They changed room no problem and ensured that our table in restaurant was accessible.
Room was clean and comfortable.
The new manger could not have been more helpful. Very friendly and not scared to have a laugh with the guests but more importantly he mucked in to help his staff when needed.
Food was excellent.
Would be very happy to stay here again

Rubbish customer service. The whole restaurant and bar are manned by just two staff. Ordered food snd it took 45minutes to bring out the starters. Ordered chicken starter but came with just three small steamed chicken breast pieces. Guy said they ran out of skewered but though that would be fine 🙄. Rooms are OK but do not expect any customer service. Equivalent to a medium grade B&B but food is so expensive, small portions and not a great tasting food! Good luck

If first impressions are any thing to go by, Chelsea did a fabulous job. She was efficient happy and welcoming.
We arrived quite late, managed to have dinner. As my phone had died Chelsea got a phone from another of staff and helped us order food.
The food was delicious hot and served by another charming member of staff.
The bed was the best bed I have slept in this year, room was clean and comfortable.
Breakfast was very good, and again brilliant staff. we will be returning soon. Thanks to all the staff keep the good work up.
