I have worked with Irlams on buying and selling property and renting as a landlord. I have found them very personable to your needs and very responsive. They are also proactive in working with you on what might suit your needs even if you are not in the market at the time. I love the way they share case files meaning at any one time a member of the team can move things forward even if the lead is out of the office. They are all involved and get to know your property well so they can represent it as if it were you doing the job yourself. Excellent service and great value.
