Rude telephone etiquette. I was met with a rude lady from Harvey silver hodgkinson. Will take my business elsewhere. Also they don't do no sale no fee like other commercial agents that you can easily find by doing a google search. Will not be calling them again. First experience will give a lasting experience.

No good. I wanted to sell my takeaway and decided to arrange for someone come over. I was upset with how expensive their charges are and they want upfront payment and also wanted me to pay for the advert. The Donaldson guy is a really nutter that is rude and a racist. Obviously harvey silver will now do a reply to defend themselves but the damage has been done. People out there, do NOt use this company. Stay away from them. Look at all the poor reviews.

Overpriced with stringent terms and conditions. Even if you find your own buyer in the future, harvey silver hodgkinson will still charge you. go to google and find a different company like Kings BT or find a local estate agent that is able to advertise on zoopla. Zoopla catches a wider audience than this underhand and overpriced harvey silver hodgkinson. by the way, HSH will provide a response to my review now saying that they cannot locate my details. Thats because i did not fall victim to them and refused to use their services otherwise i would have paid an extortionate amount to them. be warned
