I have used the team at Gascoigne Halman to let and manage my property for 5 years now (Jodie Charles) and recently used their sales team (Dan Mitchell) to manage the marketing and sale of the property.
They are a very professional team - really helpful, responsive and knowledgeable - they have taken an awful lot of stress out of a number of aspects of the property ownership and sale - feels like they went above and beyond throughout.

Dan Mitchell was our advisor and he was a breath of fresh air in such a tough market. Following a previous sale falling through we were quite nervous about starting the process again. Jodie and Kelly in particular have been most helpful with our search for rental property. Kelly was very persuasive (in a good way) and arranged and sorted out an ideal accommodation within a week. She provided an excellent service not just for us but also for the landlord and made sure both parties were extremely happy. I knew choosing Gascoigne Halman for the sale of my apartment was the right decision. With all the competition and offers like ‘£0 sale fees’ and other such companies my partner took more convincing. I recently sold my house with Gascoigne Halman and it was in general a positive experience. They were very easy to get hold of and kept me updated frequently, especially in the latter stages when Hannah Sanders took on my case and was brilliant.
