Our business was founded in 2005 by Rob Snowden and Ian Wilkinson, we opened an office in Stockport dealing with first time buyers and investors and then, a few years later we moved to Cheadle Hulme where we are based now. The sales side of our business is run by Ian and our amazing team of Lucy, Josh, Beth & Millie with the help of Grace at the weekends.

We initially chose Snowden & Wilkinson because they are local, not one of the nationwide chains. We made the right choice!
From the initial visit through the marketing and sale process they were always letting us know what was happening (or not).
They arranged 2 viewing afternoons for our property, during which there were 33 visits. They handled the offers, discussed them with us and then handled the "best and final" offers.
They checked where in the process people making offers were and requested proof of funds.
After the sale was agreed they kept us informed and dealt with any queries that
