We had such great experience dealing with Simon. He was very professional, and was very accommodating to our requests to bring tradesmen in for quotes, all while the purchase was going on. When we left messages at reception/central office, they were very prompt on getting back to us. It was a very pleasant experience, and Simon was easy to speak to.

I have dealt with Richard for around 4 years and more recently had dealings with Simon. Purchased through Knutsford Meller Braggins recently, and I recieved excellent service and support for the entire process.
Quick to book a viewing, and provided an informative and detailed walkthrough of the property. They processed everything very swiftly, and while I did run into complications due to my solicitor (completely unrelated), Richard and the team were extremely helpful, patient, and worked diligently on their end to ensure we still reached completion before the stamp duty break ended.
Would highly recommend them for purchasing in the area.

I rented a property out through Meller Braggins and have been exceptionally happy with the service provided. Richard and Simon both gave fair advice and the property was rented out in a matter of days, having generated viewing requests from a number of potential renters. Given the global pandemic, Meller Braggins were also able to adapt the viewing process to facilitate as many viewers seeing the property as possible in a COVID-safe manner. Would highly recommend.

Couldn't organise the proverbial drinking session in a brewery. Arranged to view a property which was "immediately available" in Knutsford and for Meller Braggins staff to arrange viewing of another property in the village on the same day. Although well aware that I live over two hours drive away from the viewing location they didn't tell me until just before I reached my destination that, despite days in which to do it, they had completely failed to arrange the second viewing. During viewing of the available property I was told that it wasn't immediately available now
