Nice place but sadly would never go back. We went there for a Christmas break, one bottle of beer and a glass of wine cost us £19.80 absolutely outrageous. There was meant to be entertainment and when we had finished our dinner one night we went to see it and they were packing up, we were told they had been playing since 6pm till 9pm. We asked if our dinner slot each evening could be for 7.30pm and every evening they gave us an 8.15pm slot, so by the time we had finished our dinner the entertainment was packing up. The spa was also very expensive with no concession to hotel guests. It was £49

Hugly disappointed after what we hoped would be a wonderful New Years away. Staff were unfriendly with poor customer service. Duty manager was also unable to assist due to a lack of training and skill escalating guest dissatisfaction and being confrontational. Rooms were in a poor state and not cleaned the next day or even refreshed. Paid 4 star rates and received 2 star service. Will rather stay at the Travel Lodge.

We didn't stop at the hotel but had a spa experience day. The whole experience was really lovely. The lady on the reception was really pleasant and all the staff we interacted with where really helpful. The spa itself was great especially the infinity pool outside. Was busy but was a weekend so to be expected. Me and my friend had massages with Rosie and Iesha. Both girls were very thorough and professional and we where made to feel very comfortable. My shoulders felt brand new after my massage! All round great experience can't fault a thing.

We were not expecting a great experience due to some he reviews we have seen. On the onset our experience has been pleasantly surprising. Booking in no problems the Spa treatments were really good. The lady on the Spa reception was very good nothing too much trouble. The girls who did our treatments were very professional and made our time there very relaxing. The Spa facilities were great the outdoor pool was so nice. OK the bedroom was a little dated but spotlessly clean. Breakfast very good, overall we will definitely be back. Staff really friendly views from outdoor pool amazing.
