Little Me Nursery which opened in 2000, is located in the charming village of Foxton, 3 miles north west of Market Harborough and 16 miles south east of Leicester and within close proximity to the A6 trunk road. As a rural Nursery we have the benefits of a cleaner and quieter atmosphere than that of a Nursery situated in a town or city.
The Little Me Nursery is owned by Claire Paduano, a fully qualified Nursery Nurse (N.N.E.B, R.S.H and Norland Diploma), who has 30 years experience working with babies and children up to the age of eight.

Services
Raising a child is one of the most wonderful and fulfilling experiences a person can have. Children bring joy, laughter and love into our lives. The job is also one of great responsibility and can be quite nerve wracking at times. Parents always seek the best for their children and each parent must find his or her own individual way of caring for their child, as each child is unique and has very different requirements.
A flexible service which combines high education standards, solid social grounding, professional childcare and hours to suit the needs of working parents. A close and secure relationship between your child and our Nursery Practitioners. They will be cared for to the highest possible standard in a loving and enjoyable environment.
The Nursery is made up of six main activity rooms: - The Playroom, The Wet Room (dining room), The Little Playroom and the Nature Craft Room, and upstairs we have the Pre-School Room, and the Pre-School Creative Room, plus separate children's bathrooms. The children use the entire Nursery for different activities throughout the day.
We have a pretty and secure garden, situated next to the old orchard, which offers us an abundance of wildlife and insects including butterflies, birds, and squirrels. The garden is divided into two areas, both suitable for all aspects of play and learning.
Both areas are laid to all weather lawn which are available throughout the year for all types of activities, incorporating a willow yurt, which is ideal as a place for imaginary play or quiet reflection. These areas are ideal for riding bikes and trikes and this is also the location of our Mud Kitchen, log pile, tyres, mark making table and water trough.

To reach their full potential, children's instinctive curiosity and need for knowledge needs to be nurtured in a safe learning environment, be it indoors or outdoors, where they are valued and treated as individuals. Attentive experienced staff recognise what is needed to achieve this and do so using many diverse and flexible approaches, recognising that all areas of development; physical, emotional, social and cognitive are of equal worth.
