Our motor engineers have more than 40 years experience in the motor industry. Accident damage reports make up a large percentage of our day to day business, providing motor vehicle accident damage reports to solicitors, owners and more. All vehicle inspections are carried out by motor assessor Steve Peary using only the latest in estimating & management systems.
Diminution in value occurs when a vehicle has been damaged and subsequently repaired. Repairs must have been carried out to a commercially acceptable standard. However To put matters into perspective the simple answer to diminution is: Where two identical vehicles are put side by side and offered for the same price but one had been repaired, which vehicle would the prospective buyer opt for?
Before you commit to purchase a vehicle, we can inspect the condition of the vehicle, check it is H.P.I clear and give an accurate valuation accordingly. If you have an accident damaged vehicle (possibly classed a Total Loss) but intend to/or have repaired the vehicle, then an independent report is required to re-insure the vehicle.
