Wow what an amazing service from Harry Hall using their vets fees insurance, the staff were so helpful. The claim was paid within 2 weeks of my vets invoicing. I can't recommend this insurance and the staff any more highly. It's been the best service I have received in over 30years of insuring horses.

My horse and I are both full covered and I am mind blown at all the perks and offers included! Excellent value for money cover, and then the bonus of being able to buy quality items form a reputable company at such a discount! Have recommended to several friends. I love that I am now covered to compete at affiliated events as well.

I purchased these boots a few weeks ago online after spending a few days looking around for a nice style and these are lovely. However, after wearing them for just one hour they slouch of course. The right boot cut the back of my ankle and was so very painful and took over a week to heal. I contacted HH and they requested me to return them for inspection. They have returned them as having no manufacturing fault then advised me to "purchase" a pair of long socks from them! I now have a pair of expensive boots that I cannot wear and I dare say no one else would be able to either as they have fallen

Don't bother ringing to solve a problem with insurance, staff are rude and unhelpful. They keep transcripts of everything yet when staff make a mistake they have lost it. Convenient. Would never recommend them ever again!

Absolute con artists.
My gold Membership auto renewed on the 29th July. I called them on the same day (before payment had been taken) to cancel the next year's membership. I was told that as it had already renewed I could not get a refund. It had only been several hours since it had renewed. Absolutely disgraceful. I was told because of their 'terms and conditions' I could not be refunded. Terrible treatment of customers and I will never shop here again, or recommend this company.

Do not use these con merchants. My daughter had horse insurance with them last year and after a couple of months we sold the horse. 10 months later the policy was renewed automatically and payment taken. When we rang them we were told we would not get a refund even though it was only a day old. The numpty of a woman advised my daughter to change the policy name to her new horse even though she already had insurance which apparently is illegal. In normal circumstance you would a 14 day cooling off period but apparently not with them. I've rang the ombudsman who have told me to contact them back

Hands down the best online equestrian store to buy from. One club membership is a must! Delivery is super fast, customer service is incredible and so are the products.

Good price for the product I needed. In stock. Paid for next delivery & was unfortunately let down by incompetent DPD driver - Harry Hall customer service chased this up for me but were unable to get it to me that day. They kindly refunded the next day delivery charge. Item arrived following day. Excellent customer service.
