This service provides access to advice and guidance free of charge from UK landlines and mobiles during the period of insurance. Euro law legal advice, tax advice, health and medical information, domestic help, veterinary help, childcare and home help. Our car park is located at the top of Currer Street close to the junction with Peckover Street.

So called insurance company cancelled my policy because my neighbours guttering leaked. This is classed as flooding apparently. We live on a hill with zero chance of flooding. I’m now unable to get insurance because apparently we are a flood risk. An utterly miserable and damaging performance. Thieves that should be closed down. Thieves.

I have had two issues with my home, firstly my upstairs dormer went on fire due to halogen spotlights during the first lockdown. Integra home insurance were absolutely there 100% and couldn't help me enough. Offered a direct phone number for anything I needed whilst the claim was being processed too. I felt supported and cared for by the company right through to completion.
Secondly, storm damage to my roof, water dripping through to my dining room, I called them up, they sent someone out to review, had a call the next day to say they would pay for the damage and I was able to organise a company

Got told I had a water leak so auger came out. Dug a hole in my path and have left it like that now for 12 weeks. Every time you phone all you get is its in the hands of the loss adjuster. He's a waste of space as well. They haven't even found the leak and found out through my neighbours insurance we haven't even got one. Integra just palm you off when you phone. Absolute waste of space.

When it comes to renewing my home insurance again I will definitely be using a different insurance company. This insurance company has so many bad reviews because they are totally hopeless and useless. If I had known before and read their reviews I would not have taken out my home insurance with them. Absolutely disgusting insurance company, in 30 years never claimed and told to get quotes for a bathroom which leaked into kitchen !! they refused to pay the amount it would cost , quoting a pay out that would not even cover a toilet seat!! stay well clear if you want insurance , also Virtus Validations who they use are never working for the public, bunch of people sat behind a desk who know nothing about the job

Would absolutely not use this company and check who your insurance has put you with. IRecently got burgled and several hundreds of pounds of items stolen which included tools that my son owned. This company asked for pictures and proof of purchase on everyone which is impossible to provide.Pictures of some of them submitted.
.I had told them the tools were used in and out of work but he owned them but because he used them occasionally in work rejected paying for them.
I would firmly advise anyone who has insurance with this company to look else well. I have never claimed for anything on insurance

My Insurance was through Sainsburys who use axa who use integra who use virtus validations.
Having found a leak by my boiler yearly service engineer from radiator pipe I also had a leak on my conservatory roof. Double whammy. I phoned Sainsburys who told me to phone integra. Integra said I wasn’t insured for my tiled floor as it was on a concrete floor. Had it been a wooden floor I would have been. My gas service man said when concrete drys it shrinks an Ur tiles will come up. He told me to ring them back when I phoned querying her comments I was told she was wrong I am insured. So she obviously

I had to claim after a kitchen fire due to faulty refrigerator. We had to stay in a local hotel for a few days. The clean up was dealt with quickly by the contractors used by Integra and we were able to use the same kitchen fitters we had used the year previous when it was originally installed to ensure we got like-for-like replacement. Very efficient home insurance providers.

Useless insurance company, I was insured with them through Swinton, tried to make a claim on my buildings insurance, they have rejected the claim, and now refuse to re insure me. Avoid this company , worst experience I have had with a company, after making a complaint to them and not getting a response I'm now going to the ombudsman

If you insure through AA your policy is actually through Integra who have a terrible reputation and this proved accurate when I made a claim. Unsympathetic to say the least. Also if you are honest and say you have found an item you originally thought was lost they list this as a claim on your renewal documents!!!!!!!!!
