Mollart Engineering was originally setup in 1929 by the previous managing director's grandfather Arthur Mollart and partner J Hendra as a production engineering source of components for the car and aircraft industries.

Through the following years Chessington, Surrey based Mollart Engineering has benefitted from boom years and survived multiple UK and world recessions to achieve a record year in 2015 and continues to invest in its future growth and development.Invested 1 million in production machinery at Resolven to establish Mazak Integrex multi-axis and 5-axis machining capability.

An opportunity has arisen for a high-performing CAD-CAM/Production Engineer to join a long-established company with a world-leading reputation for the design, development and build of deep hole drilling machines, cutting tools and a provider of precision subcontract machining, based in Chessington, Surrey.
Due to the nature of components produced and to meet the strict customer demands in the qualification and acceptance of machine tools in build, both Mollart sites at Chessington and Resolven have a full range of inspection facilities and equipment in temperature controlled environments. Installed are five Wenzel co-ordinate measuring machines (CMM) with capacities up to 1,800mm x 1,500mm x 750mm.
We have a full range of inspection facilities and equipment in a temperature controlled environment. This facility is available on a subcontract basis if required. We have the latest CADCAM packages (shown below) so that we can create stage drawings for complex components and assemblies, and also design new finished components or reverse engineer from existing patterns/products.
