We are located in the peaceful village of Scorton where we are able to provide the benefits of a quiet countryside/village environment whilst having easy access to the A1 the for parents travel needs. We are registered to care for 82 children who are looked after between five different rooms/groups.
We also have a large indoor play area which includes a soft Play. Each room has free flow access to their outdoor areas. Our premises are highly secure due to a state of art face recognition entry system so parents can be rest assured that their children are safe whilst being in a fun and caring environment.

Services
All of our rooms have fully qualified Room Leaders with Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioners. At Little Leaners we also support staff to gain their Level 3 qualification through funded apprenticeships alongside working in the rooms to boost their learning. We have nursery assistants to support the rooms during busy lunch periods and to cover staff doing their paperwork such as Learning Journals and Scrapbooks.
This is a lovely room with an en-suite kitchen and spacious play room which holds 12 children. This unit is set up to enhance your baby's development through plenty of staff interaction, free play and lots of love and cuddles. There are 6 members of staff working in this room doing various shifts to support their own key children and the room.
All 3 and 4 years get free 15 hours, if both parents are working more than 16hours a week the child will receive 30 hours funding which can be used as 30 per week (term time only) or 22 hours per week (for the entire year). Founded in 1998, we are a purpose-built childcare setting who care for children aged between 6 weeks to 4 years.
