Services
The Early Years Foundation Stage sets out welfare and developmental goals for children five years and under. As a provider for young children, we at Tic Toc ensure that the early years framework is followed at every stage of a child's development. Milestones and 'wow' moments will be recorded in each individuals learning portfolio.
We have a spacious outdoor area that provides a stimulating environment for children to learn and play and most importantly enjoy the fresh air! Vegetable Patch - Our vegetable patch allows the children to get involved in growing vegetables and herbs that are often used to prepare the nursery meals.
Here at Tic Toc Nursery we are fully committed to a healthy eating programme, delivering quality food to all our children. All meals are included in the fees and are specially prepared each day on the premises by our on-site chef using the highest quality fresh ingredients. Breakfast is served between 7.30am and 8.30am each morning (only available to children attending the early morning session).
Tic Toc Nursery School is based in Twickenham, Middlesex TW2, so is perfectly located if you are looking for nurseries in Twickenham itself or near Teddington, Hampton Hill, Feltham, Hounslow and Whitton. Tic Toc is also a venue for regular Gymboree, Sports Focus UK and Forest School classes, so young children and toddlers can enjoy football, music, theatre and a wide variety of play activities.

Our 2 year old has attended Tic Toc since she was 9 months old and we couldn’t recommend it more highly. She goes in and comes out happy every day which is so important to us - she even calls out the names of the staff who look after her when we turn onto Staines Road every morning with excited anticipation.
The nursery uses a great app to show you what the children have been up to each day. We love seeing pictures of how much fun she’s having and it’s useful to see what she’s had to eat/how much she’s actually eaten and when she napped and how long for. The food is also really varied

Great nursery with lovely staff. Everyone is so friendly and caring. My son loved going to Tic Toc and still misses everyone after starting school in September. There are lots of activities and lovely garden for children to play in, he has also learned a lot. I would definitely recommend.

Initially I really liked this nursery. There had been a lot of changes in staff while my son was there so maybe that didn't help but my son suddenly developed a real fear of going. On one of the last occasions I took him in he was very upset and was complaining about his hands hurting. My son is speech delayed so can't communicate to me fully but I was a little bit upset that a member of staff had missed what had happened.
I came to the conclusion that he was being picked on and he told me he wanted a new nursery.
The thing that concerns me most is that I just stopped taking my son in and not

My daughter has thrived here since we moved to the area a year ago. She begs to go in the morning and always comes home exhausted and covered in whatever activity they’ve been doing that day. They have a forest school, music classes and chickens and rabbits to look after. Since moving to the preschool she can spell her name and is so excited about the learning she does, from phonics to the solar system a love of exploration is fostered and most of all she has so much fun. The practitioners are devoted to the children and the kids are encouraged to be themselves entirely with their interests fully

This nursery is one of the most unprofessional nursery lately. All they care about how to fetch money from parents. No focus on child development. My child is in pre school and there is no attention on early learning activity. If you really want your child to grow go to some reputated pre school rather than placing your child into this nursery.

My children have recently started there. I had reservations that they would not settle in. But they absolutely love it. The staff are really caring and make them feel so special. The new owners are great. They have made the playground special with the chickens and are also providing free classes like gymboree and football (my son absolutely loves it) and forest school.

Being working mum I was worried my little boy would miss out on a lot of things going to day nursery. But I was wrong. Tictoc nursery have been great. The staff and his key worker Suzy really looks after Adam and makes him feel special. They also do engaging activities like Gymboree and so much...Well done team.
