The Park Primary School
The Park Primary School is part of the Park and Parkwall Federation. The Park is located in the Kingswood area of Bristol and is one of the largest primary schools in South Gloucestershire with three classes per year group. The school is situated within its own grounds with large play and sport spaces with well established trees and shrubs.

The school is rated good with outstanding features by Ofsted. We believe strongly in an active partnership between home and school and aim to ensure all those associated with each school realise they are members of a caring community.
Services
ELLI is a well-researched set of ideas about how people learn most effectively. It is a list of seven key skills which underpin learning. Children will be introduced to these different learning skills in our whole school assemblies. Within lessons, children will learn more about how to develop these skills and apply them within the wider curriculum.
We encourage all pupils to eat healthily and a school lunch provides our pupils with a hot, nutritional meal. Not to be confused with the government funded free lunch for KS1 pupils, any family in receipt of certain income related benefits will be entitled to a free school meal as well as other assistance, whether in KS1 or KS2.
To inform school that your child will be absent or late, please ring the dedicated telephone number and leave the message there. This is a 24hr line so you can leave messages out of hours but this must be before 9am. As a school with over 600 pupils we are constantly looking at ways to ensure parents are able to communicate with us appropriately.
