We stayed here for 3nts in an excellent room with our little dog and it was fantastic. The room was beautiful, the bed was so comfy, the shower was so hot and powerful, the bath was massive and really relaxing. The staff really make it a wonderful place - they were just so friendly! The breakfast is superb - perfectly cooked every day…Olga is a cracking chef and kindly made the most perfect snot free poached eggs for me every day. She also made sure our boy got a sausage for breakfast every day which he loved. We were so well looked after by the manager (she was just brill - think her name was

The hotel is in a lovely area. Our room was large with great windows overlooking the park, with amazing drench shower. The staff were so friendly and always happy to help. Breakfast is excellent, and all parts of the hotel are very dog-friendly (and the park across the street is very useful for dog-walking). Will definitely be back.

This is a beautiful hotel, with quality throughout (you can tell from the Morgan parked outside!)
Rooms are spacious and bright, staff are discreet and efficient, food is great and if you go during racing so is the craic!
It is not cheap, but worth the extra if you can afford it.
I have marked it as 4* only as there is traffic noise at the front - I stayed during racing when the hotel was full so I couldn't move. Ask for a room at the back, which I had previously, and it rates as 5*.
Highly recommended.
