Services
If your child has an unidentified rash or illness they must remain at home until they have been seen by a Doctor and a diagnosis given. It is very important that Nursery is notified immediately of any changes to these details. Medication can only be administered by Nursery staff if the child has been seen by a Doctor and the relevant medication and dosage has been advised.
Nursery is an excellent way of preparing young children for the transition between home and School, by providing a home from home environment and opportunities for babies and young children to socialise with others away from their parents. They will learn new skills and enjoy many new and exciting experiences.

On the recommendation of a friend we sent our daughter to The Green Nursery part time (three days a week) from the age of one to when she left to start Primary School. We had the impression the nursery was well run by committed and caring staff, the children were educated using creative play etc,. On the occasions we saw the nursery at work (other than when dropping off or collecting at the end of the day) the children always seemed to be happy and involved in organised activities. On the basis of our, and our daughter's experiences I feel justified in giving the best rating I can.
