We hope our website will provide you with most of the information you need, but perhaps the best way to decide whether Emmy Jayne's is the right nursery for you and your child would be to come and visit. Please telephone for a discussion, we would be delighted to talk to you about what we can offer your family.
Emmy Jayne's Nursery School is privately owned by Emma Carr and Amy Garnett, who take an active role in the running of the nursery, alongside our Manager Rachael Moss. Both owners trained as primary school teachers and have a wealth of experience working with under fives.

Services
Our aim is to provide a stable, caring and happy environment ensuring all children feel welcome and safe so they are able to develop to their full potential during their critical early years. Our care is of an excellent standard, following stimulating and structured routines in a vibrant and challenging atmosphere.
Babies use their whole bodies to find out about the world around them, developing sensory and motor skills through their environment. Harry's room and the adjoining sensory room is designed to stimulate all your baby's senses and encourage them to explore, with room to crawl and roll, and furniture they can use to pull themselves up when they start learning to walk.
Our Squirrels Room caters for up to twenty children who will normally move into this room around the age of two. As each child's development varies dramatically, children only move into and out of Squirrels when you feel they are ready, and through discussions with your child's key person. We have a ratio of one practitioner to four Squirrels.
Our Wise Owls room is at the front of the building and caters for up to 32 children, with the ratio of staff to children being 1:8. Children move into this room during the months following their third birthday, and we try to move groups of children together so that they can transfer into the biggest room alongside their friends.
We feel that young children should be outdoors as much as indoors, and our Nursery is organised so that your child can choose how and when they wish to play outside. Our outdoor areas have been carefully planned to stimulate children's learning and ensure they can have fun outside and experience the outdoors in all weathers, whether it is windy, warm and sunny, wet, cold or snowy.

My 3 year old little girl really enjoys going to Emmy Jaynes Nursery.
All the staff are very friendly and easy to talk to if you have any queries, comments or just a general chat.
Very reasonable priced.
Freshly cooked and homemade,healthy snacks/Lunches.
The Security is fantastic with all parents/carers having a code to get through the main door,a member of staff let's you into the main nursery.
Each child has a password of your choice....You,Staff and the adult you have given permission to collect your child/children will only know this.
Highly recommended for your baby/toddler/pre-school
