Avoid - no answer to door or phone number for 20 or so minutes. Once let in we thought this one member of staff would check us in but he seemed very confused, like he had no idea why we were there. I don't know if there was a mix up or what because he didnt speak english but it became apparent they had no record of our booking for whatever reason. Also think he was the only member of staff in the whole bulding. Very strange and uncomfortable atomosphere. Left because we werent getting anywhere.

We booked through hotels.com and paid in full 3 months in advance we were turned away on the day saying they were overbooked 2 months in still waiting for a refund all contact number on the website and all places you can book them with are invalid and even hotels.com cannot get hold of them avoid at all costs

This hotel is absolutely disgusting in treating its customers. We booked a stay at Christmas, before any tiers were annouced, unfortunately over Christmas both the area which the hotel is located and our area were in tier 4. Therefore it was illegal for us to to travel as well as them to have us for our leisure stay. Although our other hotels which we booked around the same period informed us that they wouldn't be able to facilitate us and cancelled and refunded our stay this hotel didn't. So we wanted to make sure the stay was cancelled so we began calling. The number

Very very clean but water was so hot it burnt me and the dial was broken to turn down also the biscuits were out of date and the milk had sat there that long i had a great big lump of milk in bottom of cup after i finished a cuppa 🤢🙈 but saying this is it was very ean the room was lovely the tv was fab it was very relaxing x x
