This is not a good hotel if you have a disability as i was told by the staff They do not cater for disabled people. If you do go and use a scooter or Wheelchair it is very difficult to get in and out of the hotel. To get to the shops there is a very steep pavement up to the shops . Another thing is the beds are very high too. So if you are 5ft or under you may struggle. The only good thing about this hotel is the view.

Here on a coach trip. I have a small single room with a poor outlook. But double rooms fine by all accounts. Right on the seafront. Good flat walk along the promenade but stiff climb to nearest shops. Plenty of pubs and lunch places nearby even in December. Food excellent. Staff lovely. Helpful and efficient.

Had a fantastic stay here on a coach trip recently, was really impressed with this hotel.
Room overlooking the sea first class all very clean. If you wanted them to make the room up you just put the notice on the door.
Meal times were all waitress service, loved our waitress Mazie she was so good..
Couldn’t fault anything, will stay here again.
