Established in 2003 by Directors, Mark Brownjohn and Rosanne Martin, Seafields has gone from strength to strength - growing and retaining an excellent reputation as the most professional, friendly and caring estate agency. All the team have an extensive knowledge and love for properties, people and our Island - always going the 'extra mile' to assist in every way.
Mark is the Senior Director and proud of Seafields' great sales, lettings and accounts teams. With his background as a Developer, he is also able to offer excellent, very constructive property/maintenance advice to clients. In 2017, he even took a 'little time out' to row across the Atlantic! As Director, Rosanne has worked alongside Mark Brownjohn since the opening of Seafields in 2003.

We are finding that generally there is no 'wrong' time to sell a home as even last December we were achieving successful sales - and the trend still continues. However, the traditional Spring time to commence marketing (February - April) still remains true, as well as Autumn (September/October). Potential buyers can imagine themselves living in a home more easily if personal items (photographs, ornaments, posters) are removed.
