Although we are now able to facilitate physical viewings and valuations while abiding by government guidelines, our office remains closed to the public for the time being. First time renting and from the first contact with DACK they have been absolutely superb in every area. Clear communication even with current restrictions and always respond promptly to any questions/queries.

Was renting from Dack for 2 years. Was in a great location and at a value me and my partner felt was a steal.
Communication was always easy with Dack, From locking myself out to a breeze coming through the window the service and response time for support was always prompt and came with a quality I felt spoilt with.
If it wasn't for work I would still be with them today.

I used this agency for renting a flat as a tenant. Initially, I was very happy with the service, the first agent that showed me the flat was very helpful and patient, responded to all my questions. When I decided to rent the flat, I then had another agent who was also nice and polite, up until the moment of keys handover. After that, you are on your own, or 'the landlord' or 'google it'. The landlord has not been to the flat in ages it seems, so it was difficult to find out about some things such as the location of the meters etc. I felt I was not supported enough in my first week of move in which

I have just sold my property with Dack estate agents. Louis was my contact, and he was absolutely AMAZING! I wish all estate agents were this personable, professional and proactive.
