Referencing is carried out through an independent referencing agency, Vouch, who will be able to provide more clarification on the information which they require from you. Proof of income (at least 2.5x times the annual rent) verified through your employer or copies of accounts if you are self-employed. We will also need to contact your previous landlord to confirm the details of your tenancy. Insufficient references may result in us cancelling your let or requiring additional deposits.

I recently bought a property that was being sold via Cosgroves. Lee was very good throughout the process, helping us to liaise with the vendors. He kept the sale moving along when things inevitably paused, and kept great communication throughout. I won't be buying another place for a while, but I would recommend Cosgroves to sellers!

We used Cosgroves for managing the rental of our family home for 3+ years while we lived abroad and very recently, the sale of it. The property management was fantastic. Lin Hill communicated with us well and took swift action for maintenance and repairs. The admin team were great at sending us all the paperwork we needed for tax returns.

Lee was great through out my buying experience. With speedy, helpful responses to any queries I had.
He was also not at all pushy when viewing properties with him, he let me just look around in my own time and space but was very knowledgeable about the properties viewed.
