Bright Ideas

Ordered resources for my classroom and they have never arrived. Have emailed and sent message through messenger not had any replies. Tried to telephone but no answer and says a message can not be left. Opened a PayPal case and again this has been ignored. Would definitely not recommend looks like I’ve lost my money 😕

They could reply emails for a start. I placed an order on the 7th December 2018. I have not received it till date. I have called the listed number repeatedly with no response. Last response was a recorded message saying number was unavailable.

Avoid at all costs. This company is a scam. They have taken my money and not sent out my order. Completely unattanable either over the phone or email. Disgusting. Will be reporting them to Amazon.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! This company is unfortunately a scam. I ordered in December and despite numerous emails and voicemail I have not received my order. It's small value, but it's disgusting companies like this can get away with taking hard earned cash. I will definelty read Google reviews in future. Lesson learnt.

I think this company has lots to offer- at least this is what it looks on their website. Unfortunately I didn't receive my order. I've waited and after a month I've send two emails to the contact person. My order wasn't big but nowadays each penny matters so I have to say I felt like the bright ideas company don't value "small "costumers.
Very very dissappointment and will NOT recommend to anyone!
Now I regret I didn't check reviews.
EDIT: I've received refund for my order which I appreciate but short notification email will be great and will make company look more professional.

This company took my money for an order and then were unresponsive. I have emailed and left them voicemail over several weeks to no avail. I would steer well clear.

I also ordered from this website 3 weeks ago & never got what I ordered. They took payment & weren't responding to my emails. Everyone should take note!
