Whilst we do not provide a separate childrens menu, we offer plenty of healthy, interesting and varied dishes that will suit the whole family. Smaller portions are available on most of our dishes. Please discuss your requirements with our team. Our dishes are prepared to order using fresh ingredients, sourced from local suppliers, to support our local community.
Our buffet food is made from fresh and not bought in frozen or ready made. We pride ourselves on producing fresh home cooked food, both in our restaurant and for our buffets. We can tailor our buffets to your individual needs and budget. Celebrating a special occasion? Why not book your party at Tides & let us take care of you.
We are taking bookings by phone as usual so please phone us during our opening hours to make an immediate reservation. Due to reduced capacity, advance booking is always recommended to ensure you have a table reserved. We came here for breakfast last week, the food was delicious, very well cooked and great value. I tend to judge a breakfast on how well they cook a poached egg and they were spot on! As well as everything else. I would have liked to have been able to order black pudding too but i will still definitely come here again. Great service too.👍

I took my elderly parents to Tides for lunch. It was my mothers 87th birthday.
We all had two courses that were served by some very friendly staff. The food was lovely. I had liver and bacon casserole with veg together with dad and mum had the sea bass all cooked to perfection.
The place was packed obviously with regular local clientele so I would suggest you book this lovely restaurant early!
We will return for definite!
