Crabshack is a family owned and run seafood restaurant and beach bar with a large terrace overlooking the sea. Our philosophy is to provide the freshest local fish and seafood alongside fabulous drinks with fantastic service. We keep our menu small as everything is freshly prepared by us and cooked to order in our kitchen.
We believe passionately in honest, simple flavours and letting our amazing ingredients do the talking whilst giving great value for money. You can dine alfresco on the deck outside or shelter from the storm and stay warm and cosy inside. We are laid back, relaxed and unpretentious, you can either have a three course meal or just stop by for a snack, beer, cocktail, or glass of wine from our small but interesting wine list.

Stopped here for a fab lunch on a day trip to Worthing. Couple of dog friendly tables outside which was perfect for us. Pretty busy even on a normal October weekend. We had two dishes from the daily specials - crabby rarebit, and a whole dressed crab - both delicious! Also had the cockle and prawn popcorn between us as a starter which was great. Highly recommend this place!

It's a restaurant that makes you feel you are on some warm Mediterranean shore while you are on the eastern seafront at Worthing.
Excellent seafood, well prepared and presented in keeping with the general vibe. Although there may be outside tables they do not allocate available booking is strongly advised. Friendly, helpful staff made mine a thoroughly enjoyable visit.

Having lived nearby to this place for 5 years my only regret is not visiting sooner. The food is beautifully cooked and really well presented. Make sure you check out the daily specials as they are often amazing. I had a John Dory so large I couldn't eat it all. This is now a regular haunt for us. Get there early or book as this place is often full.

Seafood heaven. I couldn't decide what to pick from the menu because it all looked so good. Ended up choosing from the special board: shellfish linguine with mussels, clams, and cockles. Also enjoyed the boozy take on affogato ice cream (with amaretto shot as well as espresso), which was a new one for me, and a great way to end the meal. The waitress was obliging with extra requests even though it was clearly a busy Friday night. Book in advance to avoid disappointment.
