My partner and I hired a van at short notice to move into our new home. Nichola arranged everything for us within five minutes, the service she provided was efficient, highly organised and professional. Nothing was too much trouble, she was kind and helpful. Hired a new transit van from here this week. Delt with a guy there and both girls on reception desk. The service was really good. Nice people to deal with, hire van was clean and tidy.

Would never use this company ever again and would strongly advise all future customers to stay away. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. I purchased a Ford transit van from your Westwood branch in Wigan on the 4/1/21 I also paid for a roof rack to be installed . I absolutely love the van everything was brilliant with it 2-3 days… after buying I was getting my ladders off the roof rack and noticed a big hole on the roof by the back door I phoned Mike at Westwood Wigan and told him about this and sent him pictures of the hole . Mike came back to me and said we will get it

Used these guys a few times and would not go anywhere else to hire a van or car. First rate service from Nichola and Becky. The van was clean and tidy. The whole process was friendly, professional and easy. £200 deposit refunded in under 24 hours for the safe return of the vehicle, and the daily rate puts other companies to shame. Dont bother shopping round if you've found Westwood you're not going to find anything better.

Hired a crew van for a recent holiday as I needed a 6 seater vehicle with large load space. The van was brilliant. Sat nav, apple and Android connect, DAB, hill hold assist, usb charging, full proximity sensing plus other fully loaded features. All super useful and made the journey an absolute pleasure. So much so my wife now wants to ditch our car for a van.

Rented a van from Westwood at the last minute as I'd been let down by someone else. I dealt with Nichola who was fantastic from start to finish. Hired the horse box they have everything ran smoothly staff were great,box was clean and modern definitely recommend if your looking to hire a horse box, the one they have has reverse camera and also one to see… the horses whist travelling, room for tack as well as a small living arrangement in the back with a fridge sink and cooker as well as a seat that turns into a bed
