I would just like to say what an excellent experience i had at paul shorrock cars
paul was suburb i looked at pauls website picked out a car and went to see it all the way from rochdale
when i got there paul was very welcoming told him which car i wanted to see he got the car out just told me to have a good look at it even took it on a test drive
i said there was a few things that needed looking at paul said tell me what they i will get them fixed well paul was true to his word he got them done
great job he did on them the car was perfect dealing with paul i felt very reassured and very happy

When buying 2nd hand motor it's always a risk. Bought a Seat recently from the team at the garage. Got 3 month warranty with them.
Car supplied with a dud battery, replaced without quibble. Mentioned judder on brake pedal at same time. Again front pads and disc's replaced immediately. After a week another 2 faults identified. Again the garage did their best to sort the problems asap.
Car now running perfectly, would deffo buy again from here. Customer service has been excellant.
Really handy for Wigan train station so easy to get to.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish, couldn’t ask for more and would highly recommend. We purchased a seven year old Kia Rio for my son from Paul and Malcolm, as this was son’s first ever car we were anxious to get it right. Both Malcolm and Paul couldn’t do enough to ensure we got the right car and that my son was happy with it. Upon taking the car for a test drive we noticed a chip in the windscreen and moisture in the back light, when we mentioned this it wasn’t a problem and Paul fitted a new windscreen and fixed the light no issue. Absolutely disgraceful. I asked them if the car the car was hpi clear, which it clearly was and they said so. Took me 1 hour 15 mins to get there to find out that it was damaged repaired, the bumper was not straight, the bonnet was out of line. The car had been resprayed and to top it up the engine was making a juddering noise and it seemed as though the car would konk out any second. The guy called Craig meanwhile left the car started and disappeared. The right hand side of the car was covered in bird droppings. So I immediately left, my journey back also took 1 hour hour 15 mins AVOID AVOID AVOId
