Sold me and my family a death trap of a car. Was told the car was ‘ready to drive away’ however engine management light came on. Took the car to my local garage to get it code read to be told the car has 20 + faults. The MOT on the car was also dodgy as it should not of passed.
The worst part was Joes customer service skills. Straight away we communicated with Joe to let him know the car has faults however Joe was very confrontational and accused us of tampering with the car. We kept getting told ‘well that’s what u get for buying an old car’
