Bought my new BMW from Ideal and was a great experience. Especially in current times with social distancing and cleaning/sanitizing of things.
Was greeted by a friendly gent called James whom I had spoken with on the phone the previous night. The car had been sprayed and sanitized before my arrival to put my mind at ease, he handed me the keys and left me to look around the car and sit in it with no pressure or hard sell, which is a plus in my book.
Ideal kept me up to date the whole time with where the car was through the stages of prep, MOT etc and when there was a slight delay on when I was

Very friendly and easy purchase. Discussed details over the phone and they did everything we agreed prior to collection. I travelled up from Hampshire so was a little apprehensive having not physically seen the car but everything was as described and the 200mile drive back went without issue.
