On July 17th, we came here from the hotel to have a great Italian dinner after spending a day at the Royal Air Tattoo air show. The restaurant was packed but the wait was not too long.
I was amazed as to how the place was filled with the aroma of wonderful pastas being cooked and pizzas were floating by the table.
The service was good and prices seemed very reasonable for the meal our party had. If in Swindon again, I'll come by here for another visit.

I dare say that Fratello's is one of very, very few (actually one of two ;) restaurants that are worth visiting in Swindon. Moreover, even if you don't live in Swindon, I highly recommend making a trip there and treating yourself to one of their pizzas (Diavola would be best).
It may sound hard to believe, you might think it's impossible, but I ensure you - Fratello's make the best pizza in England. Of course, pizza is not the only thing they serve - pasta and other things are also delicious. But the pizza, mmmm.... just yummy...

Oh my god I didn't know Swindon had such a brilliant Italian restaurant. I was so impressed. 5 star rating all the way. Polite and attentive staff from the moment I arrived beautifully decorated. As for the food I just can't put it into words how fabulous it was. If I could I would eat there every day for the rest of my life. Honestly the best I have come across in a long time!

For me, the best italian restaurant in swindon, Great italian food with respect to taste, texture and temperature all washed down with good quality wine. A lot of italians frequent this place which just gives you an inkling of how good this restaurant is. The restaurant is family run and offers a good variety of italian cuisine ranging from antipasto, bruschetta, lasagne and carbonara, to the delicious alternative of pizzas cooked in a traditional wood-fired oven to ensure the unique flavour and texture of a true Italian pizza.

Fratellos is your atypical Italian restaurant. It has a wonderful wood burning oven- the pizza's tasty gorgeous. However the pasta and risotto dishes are a bit hit or miss. I feel that the portion size is a bit on the small size when compared to other Italian restaurants in Swindon. The service is good and the food tasty, however for me the portion sizes do let it down. Shame.
