We tried this place for the first time and have to say it has been one of the best I’ve had in a while. Even the customer service was outstanding, the delivery guy Raunaq I think was his name was so lovely and patient while we answered the door with 5 screaming kids. Definitely going to become a go to takeaway. 15/10

Couldn't decide between an amazing chip shop or chineese so treated my self to an Indian.Sad to say but Very disappointed. Service was not the happiest of guys. Food was a good size portio, but luke warm and tasteless. Very disappointed. Won't be going there again. This is my second not very good experience here. 😕 Sorry guys

Sadly this place has gone down hill. Always used to love the food from there, but over the last 6-12 months the food is rubbish. Strongly believe the order we have just received is stuff they've reheated. Poppadoms stale, the onion bhaji is full of oil. Wont be using these anymore.

Very rude answering the phone. I called back to talk to a manager, sure enough the bloke who was rude WAS THE MANAGER. we have ordered food from here once a week for about 3 months. We never had a problem, until now. I expect the person on the phone to be polite, not a lot to ask

Thought I'd give them a go as I received a flyer through the door claiming how good they were and the awards they'd won (judges must have been drunk):
1. Customer service/attitude - fail
2. Curry description promised something great but it was bland - fail
3. Rice was wet and stuck together - fail
4. Onion Bhajis were literally swimming in fat in the pack - fail

I have had many takeaways from Bhahjis. The last order that came, the curry portion was not full. I thought it was a once off. The goods tasted great so I wasn't too worried. My order that came tonight was… just over half full on both mains. I called to complain but was give n the brush off on the phone. The prices have gone up and the portions have become smaller..I wil never buy from them again.. furious

I have used Bhaji's takeaway for many years and I have always had an excellent experience until today. My Husband ordered our meal at 17.15 and asked for it to be delivered at 22.15 as that is when my shift as… a Nurse would be finished and I would be home. Our meal was delivered at about 19.00 and my Husband had to tell them to take it back as I was still on shift. They then delivered it earlier than requested again but only by 15 minutes so my Husband accepted the delivery. Our Naan bread had clearly been reheated as it was rock hard. The meal itself was ok, but certainly was not fresh
