A niche private client law firm is looking to recruit a client administrator into their client management team on a fulltime basis. As a firm we look to provide honest, approachable advice and strive to provide the best possible customer service, always encouraging our clients to talk to us.

This new role is pivotal to the business; being the first person to speak to our introducers and their clients about our company and the services that we offer.You will be responsible for managing new leads, arranging appointments for our advisers, supporting our advisers by dealing with non-advice queries and overseeing matters to ensure that they are progressing in a timely manner.

Never had a problem in over 5 year paid on time and any problems sorted ASAP very few of them normally my employer not passing information on to them

Very rude lady I spoke to called Michelle, told me to send my CV via email even though I've already done this. Not the best service & very unprofessional. Previously sent emails with no reply and certainly won't be going back in a hurry.

They dont defend their staff they only care about the client due to being scared of losing contracts.
Even with sufficient evidence they dont help employees, and then they lie by saying they will get you other work and just forget about you. Having a family does not matter to them you are just a number to them. Avoid
