Casa's founder, entrepreneur Steve Perez, built the hotel with a vision to create an independent, boutique property, the first of its kind in the area. It’s not really a 4 star more a 3 star if you use hotels on a regular basis you will understand. Why don’t you do afternoon snacks and teas in the restaurant ? Instead you direct potential customers to Costa 5 mins walk away. The breakfast is somewhat formulaic it’s very similar to one you could get at a premiere inn and not a 4 star

There wasn't a stay. Have no choice but to leave a review. Booked a stay in July for our anniversary in October. We were telephoned two days before our booking to say that they needed to cancel due to essential maintenance. Such things are booked and planned for in advance. They could offer a down graded room with "some extras" or another date. Our job doesn't permit another date, this is our anniversary and no mention of what "extras" would be. We have had a very difficult time recently with two close bereavements. This was something we have been looking forward to. We cannot find an alternative

Weve stayed this weekend for a family wedding and its been wonderful. Staff are extremely friendly. Rooms beautifully clean. Bed super duper comfy!!!!! Fresh pint of milk in the fridge! (Which my mum thought was awesome!) Breakfast superb! Lots of choice cooked and continental! Wedding was beautifully arranged with a fantastic flow (could have done with more seating in between the ceremony and reception). Would certainly come again.
The only negative we have is that there isn't much lighting in the rooms. (Caused challenges with wedding make up and hair).

Absolutely fabulous, we totally enjoyed our stay. The food is amazing, and the staff couldn't do enough to make our stay enjoyable. The bar was beautifully decorated, really modern.
The room was lovely, spotless and lots of extras. Fresh milk in the fridge and the bed was so comfy. We will definitely be staying here again.

Spacious clean hotel, close to dual carriageways. A great quality tasting breakfast on all levels. However, we got a disabled bathroom, gave it a hospital feeling, not what I was looking for after a hard day. toilet to close to sink!?. Room had a fold up extra single bed set up!?we were on a couple weekend. Just a feeling that we didn't get the best experience this hotel can offer.
