Nice hotel with friendly staff a few things could do with up dating /repairing like the shower in our room if you wanted to use it you had to hold the shower head in your hand because there was no rail and the curtains were hanging down at the ends otherwise it was a very nice room ,we went for a wedding and everything went well the staff were great and the meal was good except for some of the vegetables were a bit hard, but the staff made it a good day

Nice place for family & couples dining. If there's a party/function happening upstairs on the evening you visit the atmosphere can be a little rough.

Best meal I've had in a long time. This place is now our usual eating place. Great service and very friendly staff. I'd highly recommend a visit. One thing I noticed was the music wasn't loud so you can hold a conversation without having to shout over the noise.

We stayed on Friday night after a lovely family Wedding. Beautifully decorated for the Wedding and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was lovely... comfortable, spacious and very clean. The breakfast was really tasty and the service we received while we were there was spot on. A delightful stay...well done to all and would love to visit again!

A double room was booked for us,we ended up in a 3/4 room which was for a single, only one cup and drinks for one. One set of towels for one.
Toilet seat came off.
Went for breakfast in the morning, we ordered toast to go with our full English breakfast and it never arrived and portion sizes were laughable. A quarter of a mushroom is not a portion, neither is a teaspoon of beans
So disappointing

We booked to stay here for 1 night and booked a table for a meal at 7 pm . In the afternoon we decided to have a drink and went to the bar where an older lady behind the bar shouted at us to ask if we’d booked a table , we replied not for this time but could see lots of empty tables inside and out - she replied they were fully booked - however one of the younger members of staff took over and booked us a table inside - we observed all afternoon that the garden tables were no where near fully occupied not even 50% occupied ! At 7 we duly went back to get the table we had booked another lady -
