Services
At Elizabeth Woodville Primary School, we have developed our own bespoke thematic curriculum. This follows guidance set out by the DfE in the National Curriculum 2014 and is enhanced by the Cornerstones Curriculum.(*Please see Cornerstones tab on the left for further details.) In developing our approach, it was important that our curriculum design provides inspirational learning experiences for all our pupils.
We have an extensive club provision here at Elizabeth Woodville Primary, which provides a mix of sporting and creative opportunities for infants (including Foundation pupils) and juniors. Teacher led clubs will be held at lunchtime with teaching staff alternating clubs each half term, providing a range of fun and engaging options, which will enhance our lunchtime provision.
We have been selected by the DFE to become an Edtech Demonstrator school. Elizabeth Woodville Primary School has developed an innovative approach to integrating technology throughout the curriculum to enhance pupils' learning. Technology is used across all subjects to offer highly collaborative and transformative learning opportunities.
