Friendly Staff. Food wasn't great but the swimming pool, steamroom etc was good. Beautiful building.

Stayed here for four days with a small group. Overall very impressed by all the staff. They coped extremely well with the sudden new regulations and kept cheerful. Rooms could be touched up again as there are mildew appearing in the bathroom shower. Mattresses need checking as some as past their best. Also clean towels definitely need checking when they are returned by the laundry as some are still marked with blood and makeup. Breakfast a little chaotic as hot food is not listed per guest on form but a tick along each item you want so kitchen don’t know which guest has ordered which items. Got

They looked after us very well. Well situated. Really comfy bed and spacious room with sofa, lovely swimming pool and leisure facilities. Our grumble was that it was too dark anywhere in our room to read (unless we sat in the wc) and we couldn't find anywhere in the hotel lounges that was any better - not even the library. Would stay again though

Average hotel, our room was clean. Staff where friendly and helpful, the ones that spoke English that is. Not enough parking, ended up parking around back. Long way to carry luggage. Swimming pool was the right temp, plus a nice stream and sauna rooms. No hot tub, just bubbles in swimming pool. Would I say there again, yes if the price was right.

Really Lovely staff but very poor service for breakfast and dinner. Felt for them as you could see they were stretched to their limit.
Comfortable room and quiet apart from the room above left their bathroom extractor fan on all night which we could hear. Bathroom very clean. Bedroom a bit on the dusty side. Whilst hunting for an earring, I pulled the bed out and was quite surprised by the amount of dust, fluff and a tissue under the headboard.
Nice towels, shampoo and shower gel. Tea and coffee tray and biscuits were good.
Lovely and warm. Good parking. Good food

Polite friendly service and staff. Hotel quite nice but in need of a bit of TLC. Food generally not too bad but improvements could be made in quality. In all I would hope things will improve once the pandemic situation is over.

We had a lovely stay at the Celtic Royal. Staff were friendly, room was clean, evening meal although not cheap was excellent and was worth what we spent. Breakfast was good value and was part of the booking price along with the room. We also enjoyed using the swimming pool, steam room and sauna. We would definitely stay there again.

This had to be the worst experience of my holiday
Rooms need updating and are dirty
The air conditioner did not work and the window open inwards over the kitchens do was useless to open
They have one remote for the AC at reception and you have to call room service for an adjustment on a unit that didn't work anyway
It was like a Monte Python episode

Staff was friendly upon waking in. Hotel is neat looking from the pictures but upon pulling in... We can see that photos online can be very deceiving. This was booked on Expedia and looked to be a great spot based on 884 Trip Advisor reviews and 4.5 stars.
Errrrr wrong.
Room smells like cheese and is hot as balls. There is an "A/C" in the room but the control to use it is kept at the front desk and they'll bring it to you so you can use it, but it goes back with them. Well, after all that you find out it doesn't work any way but they'll bring you fans, but no outlets

This place is well presented and has a friendly staff up front. It appears to be the place to stay in Caernafon, there were several different groups staying and a wedding going on when we stayed last night! I enjoyed sitting in the different lounge rooms adjoining the lobby and the bar, and thought the place was well put together.

The rooms are standard and clean, and breakfast was pretty standard.

No complaints!
