Very pricy for what we received. My Thai curry was completely different to what I had a few months ago. This time was much spicier with sticky yellow rice. Not nice at all.. Left most of it, told waitress, all she said was i don't know i haven't tried it. My husband had steak and chips which was a very small portion. Not the best he's had. Won't return again in a hurry. Very disappointed!

Really nice pub / restaurant the atmosphere was great, and the food is the nicest we have had since moving to North Wales and the price was fair too. Will definitely be returning! 😀

Visited for a birthday meal and ate in the restaurant. Partner has the cheese and onion pie and I had the tower burger.... loved it, especially the brisket topping!! Other half enjoyed the pie as well. Attentive staff and good service. Winner! Will come back.

Pretty much all tables were dirty at 5pm. I sat down to smeared food and dried bits scattered on the table. It was relatively quiet but if a place is short staffed escorting customers to a table that is hygienic might be nice. Or, just do the basics and clean.

It’s a lovely atmosphere which is great for families. The food is so lovely with friendly staff. And they cater and ask do you have any allergies. Would highly recommend.

My wife and I have just endured an evening meal here. We booked online and were efficiently seated in the restaurant, but adjacent to a noisy office party. Ordering was difficult, conversation impossible. As the evening progressed the adjacent party resorted to constant effing and blinding as the alcohol consumption increased. Our food was mediocre but eatable. My wife's first choice [Thai curry] was not available. I chose the steak and ale pie. We both ordered a lemonade and lime. As it happened it was 'Pie Tuesday' where steak pie and a beer or soft drink could be had as a special offer for £10

Always have a brilliant experience! Went twice in one week with my parents and their 2 dogs, food was excellent and staff service was superb as per.
Just returned from an evening meal as well, Steak and Lamb Shank was cooked to perfection! Its become one of my favourite restaurants to go to, would definitely recommend to anyone that is visiting Anglesey for a few days.

Shared a Sunday roast here with my partner and family, and was impressed with the friendly, helpful service, and some of the best roast beef I've literally ever had. The only negative was that it was a little noisy at points - but it definitely won't stop me going back again!

Beautiful food. Staff were a little untrained but a gentleman took over and he was great. Really lovely food and drink and we'll worth the money.

Friendly and efficient staff.. Nice restaurant ambience and food served of good quality. Loses star on account of 3 items on menu not being available on one of our three visits, duck, lamb shank, and curry, due to complete change of menu next day. Also surprising they could not provide French mustard to accompany a sirloin steak. However chef was most helpful and provided us with a packed lunch at a moments notice and charged very reasonable. Staff very attentive to one's needs.

Found this place after my boyfriend's graduation looking for a quiet meal for four to enjoy after the long day beforehand. The meal was lovely, staff were very helpful and the atmosphere was very relaxed and homely! Would definitely go back if I were to find myself in Anglesey again any time soon

Fantastic B&B of fantastic quality - weekend B&B for £105 - fantastic cooked breakfast, great restaurant and friendly bar. For the price range, which I would put in the ££ bracket [It is NOT ultra high-end in price (think that must've been based on the 2009 Qype review or maybe Brexit has affected the pound sterling to an extent I don't know of yet).], it gets 5 stars. The service for the B&B and the restaurant and bar was spot on and it was such a nice little place with great interior, clean, well-decorated en suite bedrooms.

ROOM: Great size, nice en suite, nicely furnished

My family and I had Sunday lunch here, firstly i have to say how miserable and unwelcoming the staff are, they seem to spend the whole time out the back, so everytime i wanted service i had to go to the bar and shout. The food was presented nicely and was hot but nothing special, it obviously had been kept warm for some time. I was going to have dessert but there was no staff around to order. My opinion is there are better cheaper places for sunday lunch.
