My name is Lottie, I take photographs and I shoot film. If I have to describe my work I say I'm a quirky, documentary, wedding photographer. So many pigeon-holes to be put in. In reality I'm all of these and non of these. I'm just me. I'm influenced by styles and fashions in wedding photography, but what I do on a wedding day is just my reaction to what happens on your day.
I'm an emotional soul who just loves weddings, I have a sense of humour, a very informal approach, and can also be a little quirky. I'm not a trained photographer by any means. Being a wedding photographer is not just a job, it's a commitment to making a record of your most special day to last for all time. With this in mind I always try to find out your story, get to know you both, and find common ground to enable me to shoot better on your day. I am a very relaxed, easy going, some say quirky, wedding photographer who tries to capture the emotion and love on your special day.
The investment you make into your wedding photography is up to you. Everyone you talk to about photography has a different opinion as to the importance of good images and unfortunately you don't realise this until after the event if they weren't what you were expecting. I love shooting weddings and I think this comes across in the images.
Do you like modern albums and have a passionate hatred of interleaved (tissue lined) albums? If the answer is yes then I'm the photographer for you. My albums are sourced from the best album suppliers in the world. Sounds impressive yes? Well to be honest, in my opinion there are only 3 or 4 really great album suppliers, and at certain price points, I stock them!

I have dealt with Lottie Designs on a number of occasions over the years with work promo shoots, but when it came to choosing a wedding photographer there was only one option for us! Lottie really does a great job! Getting involved from the very beginning of the day, even if that means helping the children get dressed.
