LuLu Browns Bridal Boutique

I cannot recommend Jess at Lulu's enough. I first chose my dress in Feb 2019, after having to postpone 3 times due to covid I finally got to wear it on July 25th 2021!
Nothing was too much trouble at Lulu's, from having to stop trying dresses on to feed my 6 week old, to cups of tea and biscuits, to letting me go back to try it on again after I… panicked that I hadn't chosen the right one .... 18 months later!
They were all lovely, honest, professional and welcoming from start to finish.

Can’t recommend Lulus enough! 🤩Absolutely loved finding my dress (and veil) here after Jess suggested the dress to me! There’s a huge variety of styles and designs. Don’t waste time and money like I did and… just go straight to Lulus. You won’t be disappointed.
Just a side note: do NOT use the seamstress that they recommended to me... Legend Bridal. They completely ruined the dress experience for me. Hence, I only have photos with a lace jacket over the top of the dress.
That said.... I’m so thankful for the whole team at Lulus ✨✨✨

The whole team at Lulu's are absolutely incredible, kind and patient people. I cannot rate their service from start to finish enough helping my Mum and I find a very special dress in a very short space of time. I visited LuLu's on the 30th of April with my mum and sister-in-law. It was our first time visiting a boutique and we were a bit nervous. Jess greeted us and immediately put us at ease. She explained how LuLu's worked and left us to browse the beautiful collection of dresses. Once I had picked the dresses I wanted to try, we were taken upstairs to a private dressing room. Jess was extremely professional and very patient.
My dream dress was the 3rd dress I tried on and we were all surprised how quickly and easy the whole process was.

Everything about LuLus is amazing. The shop is stunning, all the staff are knowledgeable and friendly and the GOWNS are out of this world! The service I had was world class and can’t recommend them highly enough!

Lulu Brown's is a fabulous place to browse for wedding dresses. Went to several venues to look at dresses, but came back to Lulu's. The staff here are very welcoming, and accommodating. A fabulous choice of wedding dresses to choose from. Would definitely recommend.

My fiancé's mum and I were greeted by Helen when we walked in the door. Though no introductions were had when we walked in, we did instantly feel welcome. We walked around the sweet boutique to do some personal shopping first and then Helen and her assistant walked through and pulled the dresses I selected as well as making selections based on what I was describing. We went upstairs to the personal fitting room and got offered hot drinks, then I began trying dresses on. Helen was great and even allowed my mum who lives in the States to be on Skype during the entire process. That was so important

Lulu browns was my first stop on my journey to finding my wedding dress, and it's safe to say the standard was set. I visited many after this in the northwest and also in London and the service did not compare. Lulu browns team are amazing (thank you Jenna & Helen)!! So patient & honest while always making you feel so special.
